Beth
Devonshire focuses her practice in the areas of education law,
government relations, business organization, estate planning,
and real estate.
Prior
to joining the practice, Beth was a Law Clerk for the
Massachusetts Superior Court. Beth also worked at the
Massachusetts State House as a Researcher for the Committee on
Local Affairs, Legislative Aide for Rep. Bill Straus
(D-Mattapoisett), Chief of Staff for the Committee on Election
Laws, and finally as Deputy Legal Counsel for the House Ways and
Means Committee.
Beth
was awarded the Paul McLaughlin Fellowship during her third year
of law school and worked in the Criminal Division at the United
States Attorney's Office.
In
addition to her practice, Beth is the Director of Community
Standards for Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.
Beth
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stonehill College with a major in
English and a minor in Secondary Education. She received her
Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
Beth
currently resides in Abington with her husband Scott and their
two yellow labs, Molly and Tucker.

Tom
Flynn focuses his practice in the areas of education law,
business organization, estate planning, and real estate.
Prior to the formation of his practice in 1998, Tom was an
attorney with the Law Firm of Moriarty & Connor, LLC in
Springfield. He also served as a general attorney for the United
States Department of Education.
Tom is a certified high school teacher in Massachusetts, is the
former Chair of the East Longmeadow School Committee, and has
served as a law clerk for the Office of the Attorney General for
the State of Connecticut. Working directly under the former
Deputy Attorney General of Connecticut, Bernard F. McGovern, Tom
worked in the Attorney General's Department of Education
representing state run colleges and institutions.
In addition to his private practice, Tom is the General Counsel
for Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.
A life long resident of Massachusetts, Tom received his
Bachelor's degree from Stonehill with a major in history and a
minor in secondary education. He received his Juris Doctor from
Western New England College School of Law in Springfield.
He currently lives in Rochester with his wife Lisa, sons Colin,
Neil and Owen, their miniature pinscher, Bailey, and their
conure, Vegas.
